History of ADG Dental Services
Incorporated in 2002
ADG Dental Services was founded by Derek Nightingale and Alan Besant, later joined by Mark Grove, with a vision to deliver dependable, high-quality dental laboratory solutions built on craftsmanship, service, and long-term relationships. Originally based in New Malden, London, the laboratory developed an outstanding reputation through personal recommendation and word of mouth, becoming a trusted partner to NHS and private clinicians across London and the Home Counties.
Specialising in crown and bridge restorations, implant restorations, dentures, and advanced digital workflows, ADG has always embraced innovation alongside traditional technical excellence. Continued investment in milling machines, 3Shape scanners, CAD/CAM software, and 3D printing technology has enabled the laboratory to provide precise, aesthetic, and reliable restorations for practices and patients alike.
Today, ADG operates from Byfleet, Surrey, working alongside Griffen Dental Laboratory to further expand its service offering and technical capabilities, including prosthetic solutions.
ADG Dental Services is now proudly part of Rosemont Dental Group, a growing network of forward-thinking dental laboratories committed to investment, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Through the support of RDG, ADG continues to strengthen its digital infrastructure and operational capabilities while retaining the trusted service, craftsmanship, and identity that the laboratory has been known for since 2002.
As an MDA-registered, DAMAS-approved laboratory and proud member of the Dental Laboratories Association, ADG remains committed to supporting clinicians with consistent quality, reliable service, and modern dental technology.
